We accept private pay and most major insurance plans, such as Aetna, AARP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Optum, and United Healthcare. Cash payments are also an option, and we provide receipts for submission to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. We continue to expand our partnerships with other insurance providers.
For out-of-network services, we provide a “super bill” at no additional cost. You can submit this invoice to your insurance carrier or FSA/HSA for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier to determine your eligibility for reimbursement.
We accept credit and debit cards, which are required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. Charges will only be applied after your evaluation, if you cancel after the grace period, or if you do not attend your appointment.
