Insurances We Accept
We offer private pay options and accept a wide range of major insurance plans, such as Aetna, AARP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Optum, and United Healthcare. For those who prefer cash payments, we provide receipts that can be submitted to your insurance as an out-of-network claim. Our network of accepted insurance providers continues to grow.
For services outside your insurance network, we supply a “super bill” at no additional cost, which you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance or FSA/HSA. It’s advisable to contact your insurance provider to check your eligibility for this reimbursement.
Credit and debit cards are accepted and must be provided when booking to secure your appointment. You will only be billed after your evaluation, if you cancel late, or if you fail to attend your appointment.
